Our work was recommended to the owner by the architect Alexandre de Sousa. Based on the specifications proposed, in the course of this work, minor changes undergone and we have been thrown some challenges. Because it is a minimalist house one of the requirements was the least number of switches and outlets in sight. It was hard work but it was done.

 

The house has all indirect light (light moldings) and in the recreation areas and bedrooms the luminaries with dimmable electronic ballasts. In the passage areas (stairwells and lobby) motion detection cells were placed which automatically turn the lights on. With these cells switches were disposed in all these areas.

 

Being the customer fan of new technologies, was his desire to have all around the house wireless network so, on each floor and in each division, has network antennas has well fixed network points, to be constantly connected to the server which is in the  office.
