For Halffloors, we have been requested several services. The creation of an anti-slip glass deck, the implementation of a s guardrails system made of glass, a glass door for a kitchen area, all the mirrors (with anti-fogging) and screens showers for WCs. All these elements have been carefully designed by the architect studio and developed by us in accordance with the drawings submitted.

 

Anti-slip Glass Deck - we were asked to produce 4 glasses to cover a house structure, structure that would be accessible. Because housing is out of square, these glasses had to be manufactured carefully to fit together in perfection. The glasses user were 25.52 mm thick, colorless, with screen printing (dot) slip.

Guardrails c/12-20 System - consisting of colorless glass laminate 8 + 8 with edge, applied on a sill anodized aluminum profile sill v/12-20. This system would serve as protection for the front terrace. It was a customer requirement that this profile be anodized in black to be in agreement with the predominant colors in the house.

Kitchen door in tempered glass - it was a pretention of the customer to have all-glass pivoting door. For this we suggested the use of colorless glass, tempered, 10 mm, and this suggestion was accepted by the customer being the results the wished by the customer.

Showers Guards/ Anti-fogging mirrors - This house had a particularity ... all shower bases and tub were performed in Corian ®. As this product is thermoformed, the customer together with Parvidro requested that these pieces possessed a "rip" in which the glass would fit. Because the customer wanted everything to be concealed, even the gutter that supports the guards concealed on the wall. This way, on the first view the glass seems suspended! A fantastic solution...

 

Regarding the mirrors, the customer wanted them to be anti-fogging, and so we executed them that way. Based on the technical drawings we proceeded in accordance with the application of the antifogging system.
